I challenge everybody at least once a day to just jam out and dance to a song. Put on some headphones, blast your speakers I don't care but just go crazy. Don't give a shit about anything other than that song and going crazy to it. Do it in public for all I care and dance to just a song in your head. I bet it will put a smile on your face every time. Give it a try.
